A 70-year-old man presented with weight loss and abdominal pain. Barium enema showed cancer of the caecum with typical apple-core appearance and multiple filling defects in the terminal ileum. Right colectomy confirmed cancer of the caecum and more than one hundred olive pits were found in the lumen of the terminal ileum of the resected specimen.
