A 1⋅8 × 2⋅2 × 1⋅8-cm jejunal haemangioma. Haemangiomas of the small bowel are rare, accounting for only 0⋅05 per cent of all intestinal neoplasms. Large haemangiomas are usually located in the mid-jejunum. Capsule endoscopy is a good diagnostic test but may lack localization, so preoperative CT angiography or magnetic resonance enterography may be useful.
