A brachial artery aneurysm. Note also that the patient has a high bifurcation of his brachial artery in the upper arm (black arrow) rather than in the antecubital fossa. Most are false aneurysms secondary to repetitive trauma, whereas a true aneurysm could be due to a connective tissue disorder. The aneurysm was resected (with specimen for histopathology) and repaired with an interposition vein graft.
