Dedifferentiated liposarcoma. Primary mesenteric liposarcoma is an extremely rare entity. The dedifferentiated subtype accounts for 10 per cent of well differentiated liposarcomas. It usually presents with obstruction, or is an incidental diagnosis. Optimal management is surgical excision with clear margins.
