The patient had a paratubal cyst (Hydatid of Morgagni cyst) that was causing intermittent tubarian torsion. This was treated by laparoscopic cystectomy without oophorectomy. Tubarian torsion is an infrequent complication of this type of cyst. The pathology report confirmed the diagnosis. The patient is being followed up and is asymptomatic.
