Effect of doxycycline on aneurysm growth among patients with small infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysms. A randomized clinical trial. JAMA 2020; 323: 2029-2038.

Conclusion

Some 261 people with small aneurysms were randomized and followed for two years. Doxycycline had no effect of mean aneurysm growth (0.36cm in both groups).
