Conclusion

Ten healthy volunteers had liposuction, with fat grafting in the arm or leg either directly, or after enrichment with adipose-derived stem cells. The technique did not have any complications, and the enriched grafts had higher residual volumes after 120 days (80.9 versus 16.3 per cent of initial grafted volumes, P<0.0001).
