Conclusion

Fifty patients were included. Laparoscopic surgery was quicker (120 versus 147 min, P<0.001), and resulted in shorter hospital stay (2.4 versus 4.3 days, P<0.001), with similar complication rates. Oncological outcomes were equivalent after a median of three years.
