Conclusion

After one month, rates of physical fatigue were similar in this study that included 204 patients. There were no differences in any of the clinical outcomes recorded, or specimen quality, but patients who had laparoscopic surgery had a significantly shorter hospital stay: median 5 versus 7 days, P=0.033.
