Conclusion

Six weeks of preoperative supervised exercise reduced the rate of perioperative complications from 41.9 to 22.6 per cent, P=0.021 in this study that included 124 patients awaiting aneurysm repair. It also reduced hospital stay from 8 to 7 days,
