Conclusion

The impact of 12 sessions of vacuum therapy over six weeks, in addition to exercise training was explored in this study that included 70 patients with claudication. After 6 and 12 weeks, improvements in walking distance were similar in those who had vacuum treatment in addition to supervised exercise to those without.
