Conclusion

Patients who had split-dose bowel preparation were more likely to have at least one adenoma detected (53 versus 40.9 per cent; relative risk 1.22, 95 per cent confidence interval 1.03 to 1.46) in this study that included 690 colonoscopy procedures.
