Conclusion

Three different methods of inflow occlusion were compared in this study that included 180 procedures. The duration of surgery was shortest after the Pringle method, but liver injury was increased in this group resulting in significantly longer hospital stay. Hemi hepatic inflow occlusion was easier than main portal vein inflow occlusion.
