Conclusion

The analysis included 13 trials with 782 patients. 60mg ketorolac significantly reduced early postoperative pain at rest (weighted mean difference -0.64, 95 per cent confidence interval -1.11 to -0.18), and opioid consumption. It did not affect late pain.
